Following the successful launch of Numo Ierapetra in Crete, Numo Hotels & Resorts has announced the opening of Numo Mykonos in the Cyclades. The new boutique resort will open Q2 2024 on the east of the island, at Kalafati. This beach served as the base for the island’s first surf club.
Housed in an authentic Mykonian building, the space has been respectfully remodeled to preserve and highlight traditional Cycladic elements. The resort offers 27 rooms divided into eight categories of rooms and suites. All are decorated with black and white striped marble floors and have built-in beds and sitting areas. Tip: The Evergreen Absolute Suite also offers a private garden and pool, as well as views of Kalafati.
The all-day Anemoessa Restaurant serves authentic Greek cuisine. The menu highlights organic raw materials sourced from small, local producers. Alternatively, at Màre Màre bar, guests can enjoy a series of signature cocktails and beverages rooted in Greek tradition. In line with Numo’s philosophy of sustainability and zero-waste techniques, the raw materials are sourced from producers who cultivate using natural farming techniques, thereby leaving the smallest possible environmental footprint.
The Etherea Boutique Spa offers a range of soothing treatments, massages and techniques that utilize organic products; at the Ensoma Fitness Area, workouts can be enjoyed both indoors and outdoors.
Additionally, guests can find resort and beachwear pieces by Greek designers, alongside unique design objects in the Mosaique boutique.
