The Oberoi Beach Resort, Al Zorah: New Luxury Destination in UAE

The Oberoi Beach Resort, Al Zorah – the newest hotel in the Oberoi Hotels and Resorts family – has launched in its soft opening phase and is scheduled to celebrate its Grand Opening this coming September.

Situated just 25 minutes from Dubai International airport, The Oberoi Beach Resort, Al Zorah presents a sophisticated design set within mangrove forests, spread along white sandy beaches, and blue lagoons. The Oberoi Beach Resort has been designed by the famous Italian architect Piero Lissoni and the resort’s luxury accommodations includes two- and three-bedroom villas with private terraces and swimming pools. The resort’s design put an emphasis on an abundance of natural light and ocean views.

Nestled within 247 acres of rich ecological wetland, Al Zorah is a unique destination in the UAE, master planned by Solidere International and a joint venture with the Government of Ajman, which is home to almost sixty species of birds and marine life.

Culinary highlights at The Oberoi Beach Resort, Al Zorah include an international menu with responsibly and locally sourced seafood cooked using traditional, nutrient-conserving methods at Aquario, the sea grill by the beach. At the Poolside Lounge, guests can enjoy light and healthy food. Vinesse serves international cuisine, fine wines and single malts.

The Oberoi Beach Resort, Al Zorah also offers private meeting rooms and a 4,600 square feet banqueting space which can host up to 200 guests for weddings and social events; the adjoining outdoor garden area is ideal for pre-dinner cocktails.

Upon its completion and opening, the Sensio Spa by Oberoi will be a tranquil oasis with private therapy suites. It will offer Eastern, Western and signature massage therapies, Turkish hammams and ayurvedic treatments. The resort also has a fully equipped, 24-hour gym and a temperature controlled 80-meter long swimming pool.
