Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco has opened reservations ahead of its planned debut in spring 2027.
Located on Campos Eliseos in Mexico City’s Polanco neighborhood and overlooking Chapultepec Park, the 30-story hotel comprises 155 accommodations, including 38 suites as well as four food and beverage venues, a rooftop swimming pool, Tezca Spa and more than 8,500 square feet of meetings and events space.
Guests can take advantage of four indoor and outdoor dining venues including a specialty restaurant, an all-day dining venue, modern Mexican concept, and cocktail bars with premium spirits and agave-forward creations. Meanwhile, the hotel's Tezca Spa will provide treatments inspired by pre-Hispanic traditions and Mexican wellness practices.
Designed by Sordo Madaleno by SOMA, with interiors by Sordo Madaleno Arquitectos, the hotel will also feature a contemporary Mexican art collection curated by nonprofit arts organisation Arte Abierto, including works by artists Damián Ortega and Michelle Aubert.
“Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco reflects the energy, creativity and cultural confidence of one of the world's great cities, through thoughtful design, an outstanding culinary programme, remarkable art and a team that has shaped every part of the guest experience with real care,” said Tamara Lohan, Hyatt's global brand leader of luxury.
The development will also include 27 Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco Residences on the upper floors of the tower.
Reservations open as Hyatt continues to expand its flagship luxury brand in Mexico and internationally. Park Hyatt debuted in Mexico with the opening of Park Hyatt Cabo del Sol in December 2025, and Park Hyatt Riviera Maya is due to follow later this year. Elsewhere, projects underway include Park Hyatt Comporta and accompanying residences in Portugal are scheduled to open in 2029. Further down the line, Park Hyatt Taormina and Park Hyatt Sapporo are in the pipeline.
“Its opening is another important step for the Park Hyatt brand in Mexico,” Lohan noted. "Together with Park Hyatt Cabo del Sol and the upcoming Park Hyatt Riviera Maya, we're offering modern travelers three distinct expressions of the brand, each deeply connected to its destination while sharing the same commitment to thoughtful design, exceptional service and experiences that feel authentic to where you are.”
