Pendry Hotels & Resorts has announced the development of Pendry Mexico City and Pendry Residences Mexico City, scheduled to open in 2026. Slated to debut in the Roma Norte District in Mexico City, Pendry Mexico City broke ground earlier this year and will be a joint venture between Grupo TGT, Grupo MRP and Central de Arquitectura.
Designed in partnership with local architects, Central de Arquitectura and IZ Arquitectos, with interiors by AVROKO, Pendry Mexico City will have 114 guestrooms and suites, and 20 Pendry Residences. The hotel will be home to multiple food and beverage concepts; a rooftop pool and sundeck; Spa Pendry and fitness center; and indoor-outdoor meeting and event spaces. The hotel and residences will be centrally located on the corners of Calle de Durango and Calle de Salamanca in Roma Norte District, offering access to some of the most exclusive restaurants and nightlife in the city.
Pendry Residences Mexico City will offer fully serviced living across its 20 one- to three-bedroom apartments, each complete with contemporary finishes and expansive living spaces. Good to know: Pendry Residences Mexico City homeowners will have access to all the amenities and services of the hotel along with resident-only experiences. Luxury turn-key ownership includes property management, an optional Pendry rental program and customized services.
