Raffles Launches Experiences Created By Its Butlers

Raffles Hotels & Resorts has unveiled its latest campaign, “The Butler Did It,” with experiences unique to each property. Piloted by Raffles Butlers, this initiative introduces bespoke packages that include activities ranging from afternoon tea with Princess Chansita Norodom in Cambodia to historical journeys in London.

Standout itineraries include a twin stay at Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor and Raffles Hotel Le Royal in Cambodia. This journey takes guests from the ancient temples of Angkor to the heart of Phnom Penh.

At Raffles London at The OWO, guests will step into history with an exclusive visit to a hidden Whitehall location, exploring the underground lair where Winston Churchill strategized victory during World War II.

The Raffles Istanbul experience is elevated by butler-guided helicopter transfers, offering breathtaking aerial views of the Black Sea, the three bridges linking Asia and Europe, and landmarks such as Dolmabahçe Palace, Galata Tower, Hagia Sophia and Maiden’s Tower.

Guests of Raffles Bali can enjoy a range of experiences from private yacht excursions and hidden beach explorations to holistic wellness rituals, jamu-making workshops, and a visit to a Balinese family home to experience local daily life.

Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain offers a private escape, including a three-night stay with bespoke wellness experiences, personalized menus and curated adventures designed to showcase the country’s heritage.

As Raffles continues to grow globally, welcoming guests to new destinations such as Jaipur, London, Boston, Doha and Bahrain, with upcoming debuts in Sentosa and Jeddah—its Butler Service remains the cornerstone of the Raffles experience. “The Butler Did It” campaign was launched last fall under the creative direction of Trey Laird and shot by photographer Dylan Don.
