The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba has announced that yet another luxury experience is coming to the hotel in early 2018.
New York City’s Casa Nonna restaurant will open its second location at the luxury resort, bringing its inviting atmosphere and standout menu of traditional Italian fare to the shores of Aruba.
“We are thrilled to present Casa Nonna at The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba as the restaurant’s second location outside of New York City,” said Steven Redkoles, the hotel’s general manager. “We continually strive to create authentic and memorable experiences for our guests. Casa Nonna is as authentic as you can get, with its inviting ambience and thoughtful menu that’s a tribute to true Italian cuisine.”
Like its original location in Midtown Manhattan, the new Casa Nonna will have a round bar, an open lounge, and two large dining rooms offering both open and intimate dining spaces. The dining rooms will be accented with dark wood and copper veneers, terra cotta floors, fresh flower arrangements and a salon wall filled with a curated collection of artwork and photos.
The menu will offer a wide variety of classic Roman and Tuscan cuisine, from salami, cheese, and antipasti platters to house-made pastas and wood-fired pizzas. The menu is available a la carte and family style.
The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba's current list of culinary offerings includes BLT Steak, the newly introduced Ritual Coffee Culture, the poolside Madero Grill, the Divi Bar and Lounge and a full banquet and catering facility.
