The Ritz-Carlton, Amman is welcoming guests in the heart of Jordan’s capital. Located in Fifth Circle, the hotel has 228 guestrooms, including 34 suites, spread across seven categories.
The Ritz-Carlton, Amman offers a range of dining options. Rising over the Amman skyline on the hotel’s 20th floor is the property’s signature restaurant, Roberto’s. Already a favorite fixture on Dubai’s culinary scene, the arrival of Roberto’s will redefine the concept of Italian fine dining in Jordan.
Guests can also indulge at Ambros, the property’s relaxed dining option in the lobby. It focuses on seasonal produce and a fresh take on classics. Also located in the lobby, Iris is a tea lounge and pâtisserie featuring a selection of signature eclairs, and high-tea experiences. At Sarab Garden, guests can enjoy a shisha lounge featuring regional cuisine.
The Founders Room is a cigar and whiskey lounge that also offers light bites. Opening this summer, Soleil will appeal to guests looking for healthy dining with its focus on vegetarian dishes and a coffee roastery. Legends, a sports lounge with American-style culinary fare, is slated to open later this year.
The Ritz-Carlton, Amman also has a 11,303-square-foot Grand Ballroom, five meeting rooms, a boardroom and a Club Lounge. Guests will also have access to the full-service spa and wellness center offering ESPA products, indoor and outdoor temperature-controlled pools, six treatment rooms, a relaxation lounge and jacuzzi.
