The Ritz-Carlton, Naples has begun its renovation and expansion. Announced earlier in spring, the hotel has revealed what guests can expect of the enhancements; of note, there will be 92 new luxury suite accommodations, including 57 additional suites and a Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge, as well as updates to the lobby, meeting and event spaces, pools and all existing guestrooms and suites.
Architect Cooper Carry and design firm Parker Torres Design are collaborating to create the interiors, which sports touches of gold and marble, complemented by muted hues of creams, blues, greens and grays; guests can also expect soft wood and woven wicker furnishings.
Existing guest rooms and suites at the resort will be redone to offer more spacious layouts, while a redesign of the bathroom will elevate the guestroom experience. As for the lobby, it will receive modern lounge seating and a striking sculptural light installation floating high above the lobby bar. The guest journey will continue from the lobby up the grand staircase to a sophisticated setting on the mezzanine level, which will be a destination for gatherings and celebrations of all kinds, according to the hotel.
Guests can also expect a redesign of the resort’s sushi restaurant, DUSK, and its outdoor terrace, as well as an innovative new pool experience and poolside cabanas.
The renovations for The Ritz-Carlton, Naples are set to be unveiled in December 2022. When completed, the hotel will have 474 guestrooms and suites.
