Rosewood Hotels & Resorts announced that Rosewood Phucket will debut its new Asaya wellness concept in 2017. The Asaya experience is meant to assist guests while they stay at the resort but also afterwards when they return home. The experience mixes alternative therapies, lifestyle and nutrition coaching, educational wellness programming, fitness activities, specialized healing treatments, and a healthy diet.
The Wellness ateliers begin immediately upon arrival. The bespoke program starts with a collaborative effort with the resort’s lifestyle coaches, nutritionists, and therapists to design tailored experiences to meet specific goals.
Small groups may even book a private Signature Suite or Villa with dedicated treatment areas, hydrotherapy zones, and indoor and outdoor social spaces. Guests will also have the option of staying in an Asaya Suite overnight, which has separate sleeping, living, and therapy spaces.
Combining the Asaya program with Rosewood’s A Sense of Place concept, each resort will incorporate traditional native formulas and techniques, which will include indigenous botanicals and ingredients.
Maison Cauliéres and EviDenS de Beauté will be the skincare lines available at Asaya spas.
The Asaya experience will include both indoor and outdoor fitness endeavours, including yoga, tai chi, spinning, boxing, and even a boot camp. The resorts’ Technogyms are meant to be a functional fitness space as well as a social gathering place.
After the debut at Rosewood Phucket, Asayas will be introduced throughout the other properties in the following months.
