The three-bedroom San Clemente Suite occupies an exclusive wing and is perfect for VIP vacations, family celebrations or luxury retreats with views across the lagoon as well as interiors featuring Venetian silks, Murano glass and Carrera marble. Sleeping up to six guests, the 4,090-square-foot private residence features a fully equipped kitchen, wine cellar, lounge and dining area. A chef, sommelier, concierge and full waiting staff can all be arranged for hosting intimate events. Adding to the sense of privacy, guests can arrive and depart by gondola or boat via a private pier.
The 1,184-square-foot, one-bedroom Marco Polo Suite affords views of St. Mark’s bell tower. Featuring an Italian marble bathroom, Murano glass chandeliers, walk-in wardrobes and a welcoming lounge area, the suite is accessible via a private boat dock.
The private island of San Clemente offers seven hectares of gardens including a tennis court, a heated outdoor pool, a conference center and a historical 12th-century church. Other facilities include five restaurants and bars, a golf pitching course, jogging path, spa, fitness room, helipad and Kid’s Club.
