The Setai Sea of Galilee, one of two properties within The Setai Hotels brand portfolio in Israel, will add 47 new standalone "Kinneret Villas," each with a private garden and an infinity pool. Having opened in June 2017, The Setai Sea of Galilee is a spa resort situated on the Eastern shore of the Sea of Galilee, referred to locally as the "Kinneret."
Each of the hotel's 500-square-foot "Kinneret" Villas have a private, outdoor infinity pool or hot tub, while Standard Suites have views of the hotel's gardens with luxury in-room amenities. Surrounded by archeological ruins and nature reserves, The Setai Sea of Galilee sits at the center of the Western Galilee, adjacent to the natural, culinary and cultural experiences and boutique local wineries throughout Israel's northern region.
The Setai Sea of Galilee is home to Israel's largest and most state-of-the-art spa complex, according to the hotel, and offers a wide selection of treatments. Guests can relax with a massage or a dip in the indoor mineral pool, unwind in the Turkish Hammam or detoxify in the men's or women's dry sauna. In addition, The Setai Sea of Galilee's fine-dining restaurant offers region-specific, farm-to-table produce for recipes with an Israeli flair.
Nearby the property sit a number of natural, biblical and cultural sites for which the Galilee region is known, such as the multicultural city of Tiberias, Mount Hermon (the largest mountain in Israel), Ein Gev, the Magarsa and Hula Nature Reserves, hotspots for birdwatchers and nature lovers, and the sites of the Sea of Galilee and Golan Heights.
