Spice Island Beach Resort in Grenada Unveils Upgrades

Grenada's all-inclusive Spice Island Beach Resort, a member of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World, has unveiled several resort enhancements, including redesigned Anthurium Pool Suites, upgraded kitchen facilities and the addition of an open-air Yoga Pavilion overlooking the Grand Anse Beach.

Three certified yoga instructors on property (each trained in a different discipline) offer private yoga sessions in addition to scheduled classes from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m., with focuses on Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Flow, Restorative Styles, Therapeutic and Hatha Yoga.

Beyond the introduction of open-air yoga, Spice Island Beach Resort has added new furnishings complete with a new color scheme throughout the resort's bedrooms, while suite interiors have been outfitted with modern conveniences like USB charging ports and ambient lighting.

The resort's Anthurium Pool Suites received a makeover as well, incorporating new drop ceilings with recess lighting to enhance the interior space. The exterior was upgraded with new outdoor lighting and Caribbean wall art to complement the private plunge pools at the center.

Spice Island Beach Resort has 64 suites, a full-service spa and Cybex fitness center, Oliver's beachside restaurant, Sea & Surf Terrace restaurant, Sea & Surf Bar, a swimming pool with swim-up Whirlpool, an Omnicourt tennis court, the Nutmeg Pod children's activity center and the Gatsby Boutique.
