All-Inclusive by Marriott Bonvoy has announced the signing of three all-inclusive luxury resorts in Mexico with international developer, AB Living Group. The three properties are: Almare, a Luxury Collection All-Inclusive Resort, Isla Mujeres, opening in 2024; JW Marriott All-Inclusive Costa Mujeres, opening in 2026; and W All-Inclusive Costa Mujeres, opening in 2026.
Surrounded by tropical landscapes, the 283-key JW Marriott All-Inclusive Costa Mujeres will have six dining destinations, several swimming pools and mindfully designed public spaces. The resort will also offer 53 residential units and ample meeting rooms. The 300-key, adults-only W All-Inclusive Costa Mujeres is slated to include indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, five restaurants, bars and lounges, and swimming pools. The complex will also be home to 10 residences and offer more than 9,000 square feet of event space. Additionally, a 70,000-square-foot central entertainment venue named “The Village” will connect both resorts, offering additional F&B outlets, event space, retail shops and more.
A short car or ferry ride from Costa Mujeres, across the Caribbean Sea will take travelers to Almare, a Luxury Collection All-Inclusive Resort—an adults-only all-inclusive resort on Isla Mujeres. The 105-key property is likely to be the first of the three resorts to debut on its shores. It will have four dining venues, two swimming pools and a beach club. It is scheduled to open in 2024.
Marriott also recently announced plans for another W Hotel: The W All-Inclusive Punta Cana in Uvero Alto, an adults-only, all-inclusive property in the Dominican Republic. It will have 349 guestrooms (including several suites) with balconies and plunge pools. With adult-focused programming, plans include a spa with 11 treatment rooms, a retail area, three pools with pool bars and 11 F&B outlets. In addition, Delta Hotels Riviera Nayarit, which opened in August 2021, recently opened its Tonati Beach Club and broke ground on a waterpark, according to our sister publication Travel Agent. The resort is the first of the Delta Hotels by Marriott branded property in the Caribbean and Latin America region, and the first Delta all-inclusive property globally.
Among its portfolio of 30 getaways, All-Inclusive by Marriott Bonvoy also offers The Westin Reserva Conchal, an All-Inclusive Golf Resort & Spa in Costa Rica and Royalton Antigua, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort & Casino.
