Viceroy Hotel Group (VHG) unveiled Viceroy Palm Jumeirah Dubai, a beachfront resort. Viceroy Palm Jumeirah Dubai comprises 352 guestrooms, 85 suites and 40 hotel apartments across 16 floors.
Designed by Yabu Pushelberg and NAO Taniyama and Associates, this Icon Collection hotel offers unobstructed views of the surrounding city, from the Dubai Marina to the Burj Khalifa. Viceroy Palm Jumeirah Dubai marks the hospitality group’s second foray into the United Arab Emirates.
At the entrance to the hotel is a glass cube structure that measures 15 meters by 15 meters. The cube provides a direct view to the resort’s 60-meter pool and the ocean.
Viceroy Palm Jumeirah Dubai’s interior uses natural materials, neutral colors alongside Viceroy’s signature teal, and brushed bronze finishes. Light and dark wood contrasts with layers of marble, with a honeycomb pattern found throughout the hotel.
There are eight F&B options available: BLVD on One, a global brasserie; Elevate, the 13th-floor wine bar; Maiden Shanghai, a contemporary, authentic Chinese restaurant; Quattro Passi, with culinary theater and Italian cooking; The Beach Club, offering light bites and drinks; The Delisserie: a café; The Lobby Lounge, for Morning coffee, afternoon tea, and light meals; and The Pool Bar, which serves mocktails and cocktails.
Viceroy Palm Jumeirah Dubai’s spa measures 18,000 square feet, and has fourteen treatment rooms, four open-air cabanas alongside a hammam, a spa pool, a relaxation lounge, the Spa Cafe, a fully equipped gym, and personal training and wellbeing sessions. The menu includes advanced anti-aging offerings, cleansing hammam rituals, and a Knesko 24k nanogold technology treatment.
On the 14th floor is the almost 6,500-square-foot Vista Ballroom, which accommodates up to 350 guests.
The hotel also offers enriching and educational experiences at Generation V, Viceroy Palm Jumeirah Dubai’s colorful kids’ club, in addition to a dedicated children’s pool. For parents, babysitting services are also available.
Additional properties by VHG are slated for Argentina, Chicago, Colombia, Panama, Portugal and Turkey. Later this year, VHG will open the doors to Viceroy Chicago, located in the Gold Coast neighborhood of Chicago.
VHG recently announced both the partnership with Boka Hospitality and the addition of Somerset, the hotel’s future street-level restaurant.
