New Luxury Resort in St. Maarten Set for Late 2027 Opening

Altree Developments has announced that Vie L’Ven, the 280-room resort and residential property on the shores of Indigo Bay, St. Maarten is set for completion during high season 2027-28. The concept for Vie L’Ven has been developed by Studio Munge, HKS Architects and The Leading Hotels of The World.

Vie L’Ven will offer 280 residences with an array of one- to four-bedroom layouts, spanning from approximately 620 to over 2,000 square feet (with lock-off options expanding accommodations up to 6,000 square feet). The property will host a range of amenities including a beach club with reserved cabanas and butler service, a Les Clefs d’Or concierge team, three pools (including an adults-only option), pickleball and tennis courts, on-beach water sports, children’s playroom and childcare services, and a nature reserve.

Pretty cool: Chef Alain Ducasse will introduce his first dining concept in the Caribbean at the resort. Drawing from the island’s cultural heritage and flavors, Chef Ducasse’s menu will be inspired by St. Maarten’s natural bounty. His signature restaurant and bar will serve as the centerpiece, complemented by two additional dining experiences on the property.

Vie L’Ven will also offer an exclusive on-property yacht dock. This private dock, reserved for guests and residents, will provide access to the neighboring islands of Saba, St. Barth’s and Anguilla.

Additional facilities include a 30,000-square-foot spa with a cold plunge, Bio and Finnish saunas, vitality pool, gym, and more.
