W Bellevue has opened in Washington State as the company’s first U.S. new build in seven years. The vibe here is a mix of modern and rustic, meant to meld the local tech industry vibe with the Cascade Mountains just outside. As a result, the hotel’s Living Room has exposed A-frame beams that line the ceiling, and The Porch resembles a lake house dock (think porch swings and fireplaces). We love that The Library’s shelves are filled with well curated books from the area’s local bookstores.
Good to know: Most guestrooms have glass showers in the middle of each room. Feeling playful? The 2,300-square-foot, two-bedroom Extreme WOW Suite has two king beds, with one hanging from the ceiling, a surround-sound audio system (vinyls included), an in-room pool, a poker table and a retractable flat-screen TV.

Hungry? Dining includes Lakehouse, which has a Northwest farmhouse concept, while Civility & Unrest is a speakeasy-inspired cocktail lounge, accessible via a hidden door in the hotel’s entry staircase.
Advisors should contact W Insider (head concierge) Julia Admot (winsider.bellevue@whotels.com) to help with reservations at the city’s top restaurants or any other exclusive, local events.
