W Fort Lauderdale Reopens With “LauderDeal” Promo

W Fort Lauderdale has reopened to guests from June 15 with an exclusive “LauderDeal” offer.

The beachfront hotel checked in its first overnight guest since its temporary closure in March, while also resuming new hours at its iconic rooftop pool, WET East, as well as at WET West, offering plenty of room to spread out. Steak 954 is open for three meals a day and the hotel’s epicenter, Living Room, has resumed evening operations. Note that the AWAY Spa is slated to open in early July.

Additionally, new to the scene is SoBe Vegan, opened on the ground floor of the hotel. Serving a menu of vegan options, from burgers to bowls, its neon graffiti and playful design elements add a fresh new flavor to the hotel’s F&B blueprint.

The final phase to complete the hotel’s new look this fall will include a new ballroom and an oceanfront restaurant from Stephen Starr.

Following Marriott International’s brand-wide guidelines, the 517-room hotel is placing a spotlight on enhanced safety and cleanliness, including mobile keyless room entry, cashless payment, signage and plexiglass dividers at all designated communication points, social distancing practices and takeout dining at Steak 954, temperature screenings for all vendors and staff before the start of each shift, and hand sanitation stations throughout the hotel. W Fort Lauderdale has implemented frequent deep cleaning practices with EPA-approved cleaning solutions, a designated “cleaning champion” and training sessions for the staff.

As for your stay, guests can enjoy cocktails and private plush daybeds at the WET East rooftop pool, visit the award-winning Steak 954 or partake in daily beach yoga and boot camp classes.

The new LauderDeal package includes a daily $25 breakfast credit, complimentary valet, room upgrade and a waived resort fee (a first), which includes a beach setup, among other perks. This offer is available for stays now through September 30, 2020.
