W Hotels announced that its new fitness offering, FUEL Weekends, is coming to the W Verbier in Switzerland. The new experience includes a weekend of workouts with a team of expert trainers, healthy meals, cocktails and adventurous experiences in the Swiss Alps.
The FUEL Weekends, which launched earlier this year, offer a unique take on fitness. "Instead of silent meditation, think silent disco; rather than juice cleanses, enjoy juice-based cocktails," the hotel says. For W Verbier, the wellness options include mountain-inspired workouts with courses in yoga, boxing, paragliding, rock climbing, quad-biking and more. The FUEL Weekend will be held August 16-19, 2018.
The locale-tailored workouts will be taught by trainers, Faisal, of Barry’s Bootcamp London, and Roger Frampton, mobility expert, among others. The Package Includes:
- Three-nights’ accommodation
- daily breakfast
- Two dinner experiences
- Welcome cocktails and light bites
- Multiple workouts each day including boxing, boot camps, yoga and more
- Evening festivities
- Mountain-focuses adventures
- Talks and personal time with fitness and diet experts
- Full access to: The indoor/outdoor WET pool, hammam, sauna and steam rooms all located at the AWAY Spa
Other Experiences that can be added on include paragliding, extreme hiking, rock climbing, quad-biking and spa treatments at the AWAY Spa. (These are available at an additional cost.)
