Warwick Hotels and Resorts announced the launch of its first-ever rewards program, titled Warwick Journeys. It follows the 2016 rebranding, which included a new name, logo, and color scheme.
Unlike other rewards programs that benefit members for stays exclusively at the same hotel, Warwick’s membership levels can also be awarded based of guests’ stays across all Warwick Hotels in a calendar year. Another differentiating factor is that members earn credit – they don’t accrue points.
Tiers of Warwick Journeys are: Enrolled Member (0-1 stays), Purple (2-3), Gold (4-15), and Black (16+). To fast track through the ranks, however, guests can earn Gold membership by staying at two different participating hotels, and Black by staying at four unique hotels. Note: only stays that are booked directly through its website or reservations center will be considered.
Basic benefits begin at complimentary standard Wi-Fi and exclusive rates. As members progress to Black level, they earn services such as: premium Wi-Fi, guaranteed availability with 24 hours notice, room upgrades, early check-in/late check-out, one welcome drink up to two people per night, garment steaming, and breakfast buffets for two, among others.
Initially, Warwick Journeys will be available at 12 Warwick Hotels – six each in the U.S. and Europe, which will be followed closely by the Warwick Paradise Island Bahamas. Member hotels include: Warwick New York, Warwick Allerton Chicago, Warwick Melrose Dallas, Warwick Denver, Warwick Seattle, Warwick San Francisco, Westminster Hotel Warwick, Warwick Paris, Barsey by Warwick, Warwick Brussels, Warwick Lyon, and Warwick Geneva.
Warwick Journeys is currently live, so travelers can begin earning credit immediately at warwickjourneys.com. Warwick additionally acquired three properties in London’s Knightsbridge neighborhood, including The Capital, Captial Apartments, and The Levin. Although they are not part of the rewards program, it’s likely they will be included in the next group.
Previously, the newest Warwick hotel was the Warwick Ankara in Turkey – the brand’s first in the country.
