Las Ventanas al Paraiso, A Rosewood Resort is rolling out a new slate of over-the-top experiences to kick off the summer travel season. From a chance to work on their tennis game to one-of-a-kind Asian cooking classes, the luxury Los Cabos resort is serving up a number of new options for guests.
For adventure-seekers, the Horseback Baja Exploration offers a guided ride through the awe-inspiring Los Cabos landscape, topped off with a sunset champagne toast. Alternatively, guests can opt to take in the view by sea with a trip on a luxury yacht; on this excursion, travelers can opt to enjoy a picnic on the Sea of Cortez, fish or simply enjoy the sights as they pass by.
Tennis buffs can take a trip to the nearby stadium and watch the day’s matches from premium seats, or they sign up for optional private lessons on the resort’s scenic outdoor courts. Jonathan Stein, a former tennis professional with over 15 years of experience, will help guests maximize their tennis potential in one-on-one sessions. This experience is only available July 29 through August 3.
For foodies, Las Ventanas al Paraiso is launching a series of one-of-a-kind cooking classes that will let them learn about Asian cuisine under the guidance of Anand Singh, the executive chef for the resort’s newest evening restaurant, Arbol. Available every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., the classes will explore Singh’s signature dishes, such as seafood bami goreng and North Indian-style chicken makhani.
Finally, the property is partnering with tequila brand Casa Dragones on an all-new pop-up bar, which will be open from May to August. The new bar will be set adjacent to the Oasis pool, serving up cocktails celebrating Casa Dragones’ signature tequila. Additionally, a Casa Dragones brand ambassador will make at an appearance at Arbol once a month to create signature cocktails, joined by a calligraphy expert, who will customize Casa Dragones’ trademark bottles to serve as a personalized memento.
