Zadún, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve has unveiled new residential-style suites just in time for the holiday season. Located on the sprawling 20,000 acres within Zadún, the residential suites pay homage to Mexican haciendas, showcasing works from local artisans and offering courtyards.
The new residential suites are spread over 11,000 square feet, with plenty of natural light. There is a large, open-format kitchen, pantry and grill area, six bathrooms and one half-bathroom, a dining room and living area. A retractable window spanning the length of the main living area allows for flow between indoors and outdoors, al fresco dining, and open-air lounging.
The expansive Master Suite and VIP Suite have views across the Sea of Cortez, and come with walk-in closets and private outdoor showers. With three additional bedrooms, the residential-style suites are each standalone villas and are well-suited for families or friends traveling together. Two of the bedrooms have walk-in closets, intimate private balconies and en-suite bathrooms, while the third is ideal for children with its two bunk beds, a single bed and private bathroom.
The living areas have three couches, lounge chairs and tables that are well suited for catching up on work, playing boardgames or setting up cocktails and light bites. Each of the residential suites also has laundry units, gardens, parking and more. Days can be enjoyed by the private pool, while at night, guests can sit next to their fireplace or roast s'mores over the fire pit and beneath the stars. Amenities for the new residential-style suites include a welcome cocktail, pressing for up to 10 garments each day, a private stargazing experience through the resort’s “Ambassadors of the Environment” program, preferred reservation requests across Zadún’s restaurants and Spa Alkemia, and more.
Set amidst the coastline of Puerto Los Cabos, Zadún is one of just five properties in the Ritz-Carlton Reserve portfolio. Guests can explore the ecosystems of the destination through Jean-Michel Cousteau’s “Ambassadors of the Environment,” enjoy treatments at Spa Alkemia, savor Mexico’s culinary heritage or take in a journey through agave-based spirits.
