Virtuoso has announced that the 35th annual Virtuoso Travel Week will take place in Las Vegas August 12–18 at Bellagio Resort & Casino, ARIA Resort & Casino and Vdara Hotel & Spa. The event will convene thousands of luxury travel professionals from over 100 countries with more joining in virtually.
This year’s event will include speakers, professional development sessions and one-to-one “speed-dating,” plus self-selected appointments. The second annual Travel Tech Summit will bring together companies such as Microsoft, Hopper and Deloitte, pairing them with a showcase of 20 startup businesses. The “Under One Sky” lunch further demonstrates Virtuoso’s support of sustainable tourism, while also showcasing findings from the latest “Virtuoso Impact Report, Sustainable Travel – 2023.”
The week will kick off with keynote speaker Steven Bartlett, host of “The Diary of a CEO” podcast. In 2021, Bartlett released his book “Happy Sexy Millionaire,” and next month he will release his new book, “The Diary of a CEO: 33 Laws of Business and Life.” For the Opening Ceremony on August 13, Bartlett will join Virtuoso’s Chairman and CEO Matthew D. Upchurch for a fireside chat centered on "the secrets and insights for cracking the code of professional and personal success." The two will discuss the importance of strategies such as “skill stacking” and “compound interest” to manage the pace of business and life in a rapidly evolving world and promote professional fulfillment.
A full day of Globetrotting sessions on August 12 will spotlight Virtuoso’s Communities in cruise, adventure, family, culinary and ultra-luxe travel, providing members and partners with structured time to network and discover new product offerings in an immersive setting.
Lastly, the Cruise Café and partner lounges also allow advisors to meet with partners during dedicated appointments, while the exclusive Pinnacle Lounge, an invitation-only space for Virtuoso’s top-producing advisors to meet with select partners, provides additional opportunities to connect.
