The Dorchester Collection has promoted Phillip Morris to global commercial director. Morris joined Dorchester Collection in 2013 as corporate director of revenue management. In that position he oversaw aligning brand revenue and online strategy. He previously worked as director of revenue management at the Waldorf Astoria & Towers, New York as well as regional director of revenue management at Hilton Worldwide.
Morris’ new roles include the additional responsibility for contact centers, as well as client recognition, loyalty schemes, and digital and email marketing.
Helen Smith, chief customer experience officer of Dorchester Collection, said that the promotion is essential to the company’s focus on customer experience and loyalty as well as shows Dorchester Collection’s mission to support its’ talent from within.

The collection recently announced summer wellness offerings at each of their hotels. New treatments and packages include deep tissue messages, a sculpting body treatment, in-room yoga, personal training, and aromatherapy baths.
