Noble House Hotels & Resorts has tapped Amelia Hill as the new area spa director of its two notable properties in the Florida Keys: Little Palm Island Resort & Spa and Ocean Key Resort & Spa. Highly exclusive and located on a five-and-a-half-acre private island in the Lower Keys, the former is regarded as the crown jewel of the Noble House portfolio. Ocean Key, located in the heart of Key West blends excitement, relaxation and luxury. In her new role, Hill will be overseeing all operational and service aspects of SpaTerre, which serves guests at both locations.
Amelia Hill has over 17 years of experience in the spa and salon industry. Prior to joining Noble House as spa director of Little Palm Island this past January, Hill served as spa director at Sunset Key Cottages in Key West and spa supervisor at Pier House Resort and Caribbean Spa. Hill also worked for a number of resort spa in her hometown of Asheville, NC before moving to the Keys. Hill has co-owned a salon and spa and worked as a sales and business consultant for Saloncentric.
Since she took over SpaTerre at Little Palm Island, the resort’s spa revenue and guest survey scores have all risen as Hill added new spa menu items. SpaTerre aims to promote health and wellbeing for the mind, body and soul through a combination of native and East Asian rituals, traditional techniques, indigenous herbs, exotic oils and purifying clays.
Signature treatments at Ocean Key include the Volcanic Earth Clay Ritual and the Tropical Essence Massage, while Little Palm Island offers the Javanese Royal Treatment, the Sugar Body Polish, and the floating Madrugada Water Massage, in which the guest lies on a massage table submerged in the ocean.
