W San Francisco has announced the appointment of Brett Neller as the hotel’s new director of finance. Neller has worked for nearly a decade in the industry with experience as director of finance at The Ritz-Carlton New York, Westchester as well as various roles in finance at Anaheim Marriott and The Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco.
He will act as the property’s strategic financial business leader and will be responsible for developing and implementing property-wide strategies and the execution of all financial and accounting activities. Neller is the third leader to join the W San Francisco team since the Marriott-Starwood culture merger. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hillsdale College with a concentration in financial management, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
The W San Francisco houses a FIT gym and Bliss spa, an organic Californian cuisine restaurant, and two bars. The hotel is also pet-friendly and offers dog-walking and grooming services as well as a specialty pet store.
The 404-room hotel is located in the heart of of San Francisco’s SoMA district and offers two suite styles to choose from. The Fantastic Suite is 700 square feet, sleeps four guests, and has a living room and two full baths.
The Extreme Wow Suite is 900 square feet, also sleeps four guests, and comes with a butler pantry, dining room table for four, living room, two full baths and optional second bedroom. Both suites offer views of the city.
