In celebration of its 60th anniversary, Butterfield & Robinson has introduced a new 60-day itinerary exploring six destinations across four continents: “Around the World in 60 Days.”
The 60-day itinerary includes six journeys stitched together, offering a blend of luxury, culture and conscious travel. Each journey invites travelers to experience the world through immersive cultural moments, active excursions, local cuisine, and more.
Kicking off in the Mexican city of Oaxaca, the 60-day itinerary visits Cambodia, Vietnam, India, Morocco and Türkiye, before ending in Burgundy, where Butterfield & Robinson’s European operations office is located. With a commitment to slow travel and local impact, every itinerary highlights meaningful environmental and social initiatives in the destination that Butterfield & Robinson has built relationships with through its Slow Fund.

The itineraries include:
- “Markets to Mountains in Oaxaca, Mexico” – Explore Zapotec culture and Oaxacan landscapes through an array of activities. Stay in Casa Silencio and enjoy legendary mezcal tastings. Highlights include a visit to El Árbol del Tule, a 2,000-year-old cypress said to have the largest diameter of any tree in the world; and a visit to Tlacolula Market, one of the oldest markets in Mesoamerica.
- “Cycling Cambodia & Vietnam: Mekong to Hoi An” – Start in Cambodia aboard the Aqua Mekong, a floating boutique hotel. Visit temples, local farms, and beyond as you bike alongside canals, floating markets and silk-weaving villages. In Vietnam, enjoy local dishes including a dinner at the home of a chef who runs Hoi An’s most renowned restaurants.
- “The Blue City & Beyond: A Journey Through Rajasthan” – This trip invites travelers to stay in RAAS Jodhpur, a restored 300-year-old palace in the Indian state of Rajasthan. Highlights include tracking leopards at Suján Jawai luxury safari camp, Udaipur’s City Palace and visits to local workshops to learn more about the local community and their art.
- “Atlas to Atlantic: A Grand Moroccan Adventure” – This trip allows travelers to spend time in the desert, hike the foothills of the Atlas Mountains and enjoy lunch with Amazigh locals. Spend time with longtime Butterfield & Robinson friend, Rachid, who will guide you through the mountains, and meet his family. Learn about the 2023 earthquake, and his community’s resilience in rebuilding, including homes funded through the Slow Fund.
- “Ancient Türkiye: Cappadocia to Coast” – Wander Istanbul’s bazaars, enjoy hot-air balloon rides over Cappadocia’s fairy chimneys and pedal past Lycian ruins along the shimmering Aegean coast. Highlights include private yacht swims and sunset feasts amid ancient temples.
- “A Grand Cru Soirée Through B&R’s Burgundy” – The trip ends in Burgundy, visiting Butterfield & Robinson’s friends and family where the company started. Pedal through picture-perfect villages, picnic among vineyards and enjoy château stays. Have exclusive visits with boutique winemakers, learn the art of barrel coopering and savor farm-to-table cuisine.
Travelers can either book the trips as separate excursions or join the full 60-day adventure.
