Looking towards the fall and winter, Luxo Italia will be offering tours suited for each season.
This October and November, Luxo Italia celebrates Tuscany’s yearly olive-harvesting tradition with a new insider experience that includes a private harvesting in a top olive grove. Joining a team of expert olive farmers, travelers will help harvest the olives while learning about the olive oil extraction and production process. At the end of the harvest, guests receive a bespoke bottle of fresh olive oil uniquely labeled to take home or to enjoy during a traditional countryside lunch set in the middle of the olive fields.
After harvesting the olives, guests will enjoy an olive oil-infused massage. Also included in the Olives Harvesting Experience is a tour of one of the oldest wine cellars in Italy (where the first Chianti was produced!) and a Tuscan dinner overlooking the medieval village of Borro.
Accommodations during the experience are in a deluxe suite at Il Borro. Also available are private tours to Florence, Siena and Arezzo. The three-night package starts at $7,000 per person based on double occupancy.
The San Lorenzo Lodge in the Dolomites
Following, Luxo Italia will be offering the Wow Winter Experience, complete with heli-skiing, private guides and Michelin star dining.
Right when guests step off the plane in Milan, a private helicopter will be waiting to fly directly to the doorstep of a private chalet. Surrounded by a pine forest, the chalet has a Jacuzzi, sauna and massage room to receive up to four hours of massages per day.
Preparing all meals, snacks and canapés is Michelin-starred chef Paolo Donei.
Included are three days of heli-skiing and four days of downhill skiing in the Dolomites. Slopes are available for almost every level skier with additional guidance provided by a personal mountain guide.
Before departing Italy, guests will be chartered back to Milan in the helicopter for a personal shopper experience in the fashion district followed by dinner in the private home of one of the city’s chefs. The eight-night experience costs €58,500 (approximately $66,783) for a group of up to six people
VIP Airport Assistance, private transfers by luxury car, and 24/7 personal assistance by phone are included with all Luxo Italia tours.
