Naya Traveler announced the launch of private, tailor-made trips to Spain. “Whether it’s the warmth of its people, the beauty of its heritage or the joy its traditions, Spain has a unique way of captivating travelers time and time again,” the travel outfitter says.
Naya Traveler explains that the custom journeys could be enjoyed by “romantics longing to stroll through the Barcelona of Gaudi and Picasso; history enthusiasts yearning to travel in time to the age of Al-Andalus in Cordoba and Granada; foodies in search of San Sebastian’s best ‘pinxo,’ or those simply in pursuit of the key to Spain’s unique take on life.”
Helping create the journeys will be Naya Traveler co-founder Marta Tucci, a native of Barcelona and Madrid. Tucci tells Luxury Travel Advisor she brings a network of personal contacts and insider knowledge to help make the trips unique. In addition to the above suggestions, she says that travelers might find access to a private apartment balcony to enjoy processions during Holy Week, sailing to the Balearic Islands on an antique boat, food or Basque Art tours and more.
Following Spain, Tucci tells us that North India and Sri Lanka will be the next destinations that Naya Traveler will move into.
Pricing includes all accommodations, domestic airfare, transportation, host and expert guides, daily private activities, some meals, and services of a professional team monitoring the trip 24/7.
Coming soon: Starting in May 2019, Naya Traveler will launch Founder-Led Trips with an immersive journey to Morocco, followed by Spain in September and Argentina in October. Each of these trips will be led by the co-founders to each of their native countries. Sarah Casewit, Tucci and Sofia Mascotena will lead small group trips (10 to 12 people) in their own home countries: Morocco, Spain and Argentina. These journeys will offer a homecoming experience for travelers, providing the opportunity to go beyond the tourist route and discover a country from the point of view of locals. Travelers can sign up for the first Founder-Led Trip taking place in Morocco starting in November 2018.
Throughout all journeys, guests stay at luxury boutique hotels.
Founded in 2016, Naya Traveler also offers journeys to Antarctica, Argentina, Brazil, Cambodia, Ethiopia, Kashmire and Ladakh, Morocco, Myamnar, Oman, Peru and South India. Travelers can also opt for a selection of Specialty Trips, which include topics such as wellness, spiritual, photography, arts, culinary and more.
