Satopia Travel, in partnership with the Clooney Foundation for Justice (CFJ), has announced the launch of a hosted experience. This opportunity offers the chance to engage with leading global justice initiatives and includes a stay at Passalacqua, an 18th-century villa-turned-luxury hotel on the shores of Lake Como, Italy.
The announcement of the “Hosted Experience by the Clooney Foundation for Justice” aligns with The Albies, CFJ’s annual award event celebrating defenders of justice and human rights from around the world. This year’s event was recently held at the New York Public Library.
The Albies are named after Justice Albie Sachs, who is revered for his heroic commitment to ending apartheid in South Africa. The awards honor courageous individuals who have taken a stand and faced tremendous personal risk to combat injustice.
This partnership between Satopia Travel and CFJ presents an opportunity for individuals to have exclusive access to contribute to and learn about critical justice initiatives while enjoying a high-end travel experience in Italy.
The “Hosted Experience by the Clooney Foundation for Justice” at Passalacqua is an opportunity to engage directly with the Clooney Foundation for Justice and its founders. Over the course of a four-night, all-inclusive experience, guests will meet CFJ’s leadership, participate in discussions on global justice, and enjoy private dinners and a garden party hosted by Amal and George Clooney. Open by application to a select group of up to 20 contributing guests, this intimate setting ensures a personal connection to the foundation and opportunities for long-term collaboration. The experience will take place in summer 2025.
Booking is open now, with rooms starting from $92,000, and an additional donation starting from $120,000 per room.
