Gateway Canyons Resort & Spa and Redtail Air Adventures have teamed up to create the new Moab Adventure Package.
This new offer is focused on exploring the surrounding areas of Moab, UT and Gateway, CO. As a one-of-a-kind package, guests will participate in an adventure-packed day of activities while learning about the history and 200 million-year-old red rock landscapes of the American West. They will also experience the winding rivers and snow-capped peaks of the region.
The package includes a private flight in a Redtail scenic touring plane over the surrounding La Sal Mountains, lunch at Gateway Canyons Resort & Spa’s Paradox Grille, horseback riding along the base of the Uncompagre Plateau or a tour of the resort’s Auto Museum, as well as an air tour of Arches National Park.
The Moab Adventure Package is being offered through October 2017 for a total of $475 per person.
In a written release, Gateway Canyons Resort & Spa general manager Stephen Johnson said that the resort is “committed to continually providing [its] guests with new and exciting offerings” and that this new package will give travelers “a new perspective of the great American West from 2,000 feet up.”
In 2016, the resort was named the No. 1 “Best Resort in the West” in Travel + Leisure’s World’s Best Awards competition, and the No. 1 “Top Resort in Colorado” and No. 3 “Top Resort in the United States” in Condé Nast Traveler’s 2016 Readers’ Choice Awards.
