The Borgo Santo Pietro Group has launched its luxury yacht, Satori, combining “a boutique hotel and gourmet dining concept” onboard a traditional hand-built wooden schooner.
Guests on Satori, which measures 136 feet, can enjoy Michelin-starred dining prepared by a personal chef from the Group's restaurants Meo Modo and La Bottega del Buon Caffè, in addition to onboard spa facilities, a range of water toys, and a program of concierge activities managed by the five-star boutique hotel Relais Borgo Santo Pietro.
There are five guestrooms available, including the Master Suite. In total, the yacht can hold ten guests. All rooms include at least queen-size beds, marble bathrooms, an Apple TV and iPad, and more; the Master Suite additionally has a freestanding walnut bathtub, lounge seating, and a double shower and vanity.

The open-view kitchen tailors the menu to the local foods along the route, always offering a catch of the day. Satori gives guest the opportunity to take cooking classes with the chef, including fishing for their own food or visiting local markets at the stops. For wines, guests can either bring their own or request the vintage of their choosing—both will be stored in the yacht's 250-bottle wine cellar.
Spa-goers have access to a private wellness cabin with a steam room (which can be converted into an additional guestroom). Guests can arrange to have a personal therapist onboard, as well.
Water toys available include: electric bikes; a five-meter, 180 horsepower tender that seats up to nine; an sail boat; water skis; wake boards; jet skis; sea bobs; and kayaks.
Good to know: Satori's two 600-horsepower engines gives guests the choice of both motoring and taking long-haul voyages as well as leisurely sailing options.
Satori is available for charter around the Italian Mediterranean and the South of France.
The Borgo Santo Pietro hotel is located in Palazzetto, Tuscany, and has 16 guestrooms with flat-screen TVs and claw-foot bathtubs, a spa made of local stone, and the restaurant Meo Modo, which is helmed by Andrea Mattei and offers farm-to-table dishes.
