NetJets is building private terminals at three more U.S. airports and trading up to a bigger one in West Palm Beach, Florida.
The new exclusive-use facilities are planned for Dallas Love Field, Washington Dulles International Airport, and Rifle Garfield County Airport in Colorado. Each is reserved for NetJets fractional owners, with lounges, conference rooms, and the company’s own service staff on site.
Rifle is the one to watch for clients with Aspen plans. Aspen/Pitkin County Airport is due to close for a runway renovation, and NetJets expects its Rifle complex to be running by early 2027, before that shutdown begins. The company is building a 6,000-square-foot terminal from scratch with Vantage Aviation, along with a hangar to keep aircraft out of the snow and cold.
At Dulles, which ranks among the company’s five most popular destinations, construction starts in early 2027 on a two-floor space of more than 14,000 square feet inside an existing Signature Aviation building. Plans call for a lounge, a family room, and private suites.
Dallas is the largest project and the furthest out. NetJets flight activity there has climbed more than 25% since 2022, and a complex of nearly 114,000 square feet is slated to open in late 2028. It pairs a terminal developed with Signature Aviation with a second service hangar.
In West Palm Beach, NetJets is moving within Donald J. Trump International Airport to a terminal that grows from 10,000 to 15,000 square feet, with more parking and ramp space. The airport is the fourth-busiest in the NetJets network.
“As Owner demand continues to grow across key business, leisure, and seasonal destinations, NetJets is investing in the infrastructure to deliver an unmatched experience while supporting the service and reliability our Owners expect where they fly most,” said Patrick Gallagher, president of NetJets Aviation.
