Tradewind Aviation has announced new scheduled service flights to Caribbean destinations including Tortola and Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands from San Juan, Puerto Rico, and to Anguilla from San Juan, Antigua and St Barth’s. The private airline has also partnered with Golden Rock Resort on St. Eustatius.
New scheduled service to Tortola will fly into Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport. The largest of the British Virgin Islands, Tortola is a lively vacation destination with luxury resorts and private villas, modern townships and ancient ruins, white-sand beaches and such diversions as waterfront dining and a range of water sports. Service from San Juan will run Thursday to Monday from November 21, 2024 to April 21, 2025.
Service to Virgin Gorda will see Tradewind flights to Taddy Bay International Airport in Spanish Town along the island’s southwest coast, delivering travelers to the hidden gem of the B.V.I., with attractions including luxury resorts and private villas, restaurants serving local and international fare, and natural wonders including the Baths. Service from San Juan will run November 21, 2024 to April 21, 2025.
Scheduled service to Anguilla will see Tradewind flying into the Clayton J. Lloyd International Airport near the island’s capital, The Valley. Enjoy sandy white beaches, luxury accommodations and adventure opportunities in clear waters such as kitesurfing and windsurfing at Windward Point Bay. Flights to Anguilla will run December 19, 2024 to April 14, 2025. Service from San Juan will operate Thursday to Monday, with daily flights for New Year’s week. Service from St. Barth’s will operate Thursday to Saturday and service from Antigua will operate Saturday and Sunday.
Additionally, Tradewind Aviation has partnered with Golden Rock Resort, a luxury eco-retreat on the island of St. Eustatius to offer on-demand private charters. Private charter flights are available from Puerto Rico, the U.S.V.I, and more directly into St. Eustatius’ F.D. Roosevelt Airport.
Tradewind offers year-round private charters for up to eight passengers and luggage. With on-demand private charter, guests have the flexibility to select their preferred date and time of travel, as well as the departure airport which can best accommodate their travel plans. Popular origin points include San Juan, P.R., St. Croix and St. Thomas, U.S.V.I. where flight times to St. Eustatius are 54 minutes, 36 minutes and 42 minutes, respectively.
