A new exclusive collection of luxury villas and private residences has launched in Australia. Called the Luxury Villas Australia, the vacation accommodations range from Australia’s coastline to the outback, to private islands and an urban oasis. The launch of this new collection speaks to current travel trends: The desire to “Go Big,” thanks to pent-up travel demand and “Bubble Travel,” where groups of family and/or friends vacation together securely and reconnect through travel.
The range of facilities at the villas includes infinity pools, designer kitchens, spas, gymnasiums, movie theaters and outdoor entertaining areas. The guest experience is enhanced with access to private chefs, local wellness instructors, indigenous musicians, photographers, marine biologists, surf instructors, winemakers and personal hiking guides.
Here is a sampling of the opening collection of Luxury Villas Australia:
The Range Byron Bay is located in New South Wales. Set on 120 acres, this homestead is for those looking to immerse themselves in natural surroundings. The grounds are ideal for outdoor entertaining, with a swimming pool, barbecue area, an amphitheater for storytelling or local entertainment, plus a helicopter landing area.
Located in South Australia, The Frames is pure outback luxury. Set on secluded clifftops, the retreats overlook the Murray River. Each villa has a private heated pool, spa and balcony with river views. Activities include a sunset cruise aboard a 100-year-old restored gondola, and a “Wetland and Wildlife” cruise.
Separately, Naiko Retreat is an eco-escape on South Australia’s Fleurieu Peninsula coastline. It is situated within a 2,000-acre sheep farm on a cliff overlooking a beach. Naiko Retreat is a self-sustainable property. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer panoramic views of rugged cliffs to seas that stretch to Kangaroo Island. There is even an architectural Futuro spaceship for guests to schedule massage treatments.
Other properties include a secluded island experience on Satellite Island in Tasmania; a floating villa in Sydney; a heritage house in Brisbane; and an eco-friendly, six-bedroom villa on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. More villas will be added to the collection in the coming months. The private villa/residence experience is suitable for couples and small groups of friends or family, providing the flexibility to customize their stay to the amenities and experiences they require.
