Luxury home rental company Scandinavian Hospitality has debuted its newest property: Vyn - Penthouse Suite, located in Stockholm, Sweden. Vyn consists is a luxury apartment that offers guests a hotel experience, completely customizable based on the guest's wishes and preferences, with all conceivable services in a private environment, according to Scandinavian Hospitality. This gives the guest total privacy without compromising on comfort.
Guests staying at Vyn will have access to a a private elevator into the suite, where they will find a 540-square-foot terrace, floor-to-ceiling windows, a steam sauna, luxury linens, Byredo bathroom amenities, and a filled fridge, freezer and wine cooler as desired. Travelers also have access to a 24/7 concierge service.
Scandinavian Hospitality, according to founder Martin Gunnarsson, operates private homes and its own managed apartments as hotels—"giving guests the best of two worlds, privacy and five-star hotel service."
Touted as a private luxury boutique hotel, Vyn - Penthouse Suite is nearly 1,200 square feet and is spread over two floors with two double rooms upstairs. The Penthouse is equipped with Sonos sound system, Samsung The Frame TV and a kitchen with appliances from Smeg. A private chef, bartender, driver, daily housekeeping and in-suite massages are some of the possible services available.
Located in the Norrmalm neighborhood, the suite is a couple minutes walking to the shopping and nightlife hub Stureplan. Norrmalm is home to the Royal Swedish Opera, art exhibitions and modern dance at Kulturhuset Stadsteatern and orchestral performances at the neoclassical Stockholm Concert Hall.
