Rental Escapes has announced the expansion of its portfolio, introducing several new accommodation options in new international markets. Destinations include New Zealand; Sayulita, Mexico; Cartagena, Colombia; Barcelona, Spain; and Tennessee and Vermont in the U.S. Additionally, due to increasing demand, Rental Escapes has enhanced its offerings in South Africa and France.

Set amid 123 acres, Hillbrook Estate in New Zealand overlooks a beach and the Pacific Ocean. Accommodations comprise the Main House, a seven-bedroom Scottish mansion-style villa, complemented by two renovated suites known as “The Stables” for additional privacy. Hillbrook Estate also has a helipad, a farm and indoor pool. Tip: Guests have access to a private beach.
The 4,000-square-foot Tree House in Sayulita, Mexico has three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. The main living area, surrounded by jungle, showcases contemporary seating while the adjacent kitchen offers modern amenities. The bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and wraparound terraces for al fresco lounging and dining. Guests can enjoy access to a stone hot tub, beach clubs, hiking trails and more.
Located in the heart of the Historic Center of Cartagena, Casa de Alba is a 16th-century colonial mansion that was completely restored in 2015. One of the first houses built in Cartagena in 1576 and once home to the pirate Francis Drake, this 11,800-square-foot property offers seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Other facilities include two pools, a professional kitchen and bar. The villa is staffed with eight employees including a butler, housekeeper, waiter, chef and bartender.
Ibiza Style in Barcelona is a six-bedroom villa located within a gated community, offering privacy and sea views, just 15 minutes from downtown Barcelona and seven minutes from the nearest beach. The main living area includes a kitchen, glass-walled family room and a dining table for 16, all connected to the pool, garden with pond, grill area, bar, jacuzzi and Finnish sauna. Additional spaces include a gym, home office and an arcade room.
Located within the 120-acre Topnotch Resort in Stowe, Moonlight Peak in Vermont is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa. Facilities include a spa, farm-to-table dining, fitness classes and tennis courts.
Just north of Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Big Red Barn in Tennessee is a two-story, six-bedroom, four-bathroom home that can accommodate up to 15 people. Entertainment options include arcade games, a pool table and a theater room and an indoor hot tub. Guests can also indulge in a variety of activities, from to scenic drives and rounds of mini-golf to exploring nearby Sevierville, famed as Dolly Parton’s hometown.
Additionally, in South Africa, Rental Escapes has added villas in locations that allow guests to explore the country’s scenery, wildlife and cultural diversity, including Cape Town and areas near Kruger National Park. In France, Rental Escapes offers villas in Provence, the French Riviera and Paris.
