Signature Travel Network celebrated members’ service, collaboration and sales excellence at its annual conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. As many as 30 individuals were honored as part of the network’s 2022 Advisor Recognition Awards. Additionally, awards were presented to eight individuals who were recognized by their colleagues and preferred partners for their excellence in the areas of sales, service, mentorship, innovation, and giving back to communities around the world through travel.
“To receive the Sales Excellence Award from my peers that I admire so much, I am humbled,” shared Wendy Taylor of Preferred Travel of Naples, who won a Sales Excellence Award. “May we continue to inspire each other in all that we do.”
Florence Brethome of TravelStore, who won the Mentorship Award, said, “Education takes a village, a family of human beings who choose to invest in someone else’s life so they can better thrive and find their own way in life. Mentoring a new advisor is so beneficial for both the mentor and the mentee, and I’d encourage everyone to create such relationships. It benefits mentors as they revisit their wisdom, calibrate confidence, identify areas of improvement, and maximize efficiencies. Mentoring empowers mentees with encouragement, moral support, and practical knowledge. They learn how to focus on the most rewarding and efficient opportunities to become profitable. It’s a two-way street and a win-win relationship.”
As sponsors of the celebration dinner, Explora Journeys and C&F Travel Insured International offered each award recipient a complimentary seven-night cruise and annual insurance policy.
