Nobu Restaurants Turns 30, Launches Special Offerings Worldwide

Nobu Restaurants is celebrating three decades of redefining the culinary landscape with its distinctive blend of Japanese tradition and Peruvian flavors. In celebration, Nobu Restaurants, Hotels and Residences around the world will offer a range of exclusive experiences.

Founded in 1994 with its inaugural restaurant in Tribeca, New York, Nobu has expanded to include a global collection of Nobu Hotels and Residences. Starting this September, Nobu will roll out a series of anniversary activations. 

Here are a few highlights:

  • 30th Anniversary Omakase at Nobu Restaurants – From October 7 to 13, guests can enjoy a five-course omakase menu offered at Nobu Restaurants worldwide, priced at $130 per person. The carefully curated menu reflects the history of Nobu Restaurants, including early dishes created by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa as well as innovative creations that embody his philosophy of humility, gratitude and empathy.
  • 30th Anniversary Bar Bites at Nobu Hotels – From September 8 to October 8, guests can enjoy exclusive bar bites in Nobu Hotels’ bars and lounges around the world. This curated selection of small plates showcases the bold flavors Chef Nobu is known for, from spicy miso chips to seafood harumaki caviar. The retro Matsuhisa Martini pairs perfectly with any dish from the menu.
  • 30th Anniversary In-Room Dining at Nobu Hotels – For a more intimate celebration, Nobu Hotels will offer the signature sushi bar selection in-room from September 8 through October 8. Guests can savor fresh Toro Tartare Caviar or Yellowtail Jalapeno from the comfort of their own Nobu hotel rooms across the globe.
